Set Session Pricing
Set up the pricing model for a Session.
Set Initial Pricing
Section titled “Set Initial Pricing”When you initially create a Session and set the Ticket Management type to Funny Little Shows, you’ll be taken to the Pricing page. This page takes you through the process of establishing the initial tickets and capacity for the session. You have two choices:
- Confirm the capacity and enter an initial ticket price
- Use a pre-existing Pricing Template
Manual pricing
Section titled “Manual pricing”The initial default capacity for the session is based on the Room selected. You can change it (sometimes the room has a different configuration to the standard), and also set an initial price - e.g $50. This will create one ticket category with that price, and create any Comp Ticket categories based on the Room defaults. For a lot of sessions this may be enough.
Pricing template
Section titled “Pricing template”If you have Pricing Templates defined, select this button, and then select one of these from the dropdown menu that appears. You’ll get a preview of what is going to be created - confirm it, and you’ll go to the Pricing tab with all the categories created.
