Monitor how a session sold - broken down by category and channel.

For each individual Session there is a Reconciliation tab when selling tickets via Funny Little Shows. It is a breakdown of how many tickets sold online, via door sales, discounts applied and any refunds issued. An example view of this is shown below, including any Comp Tickets that were used. You can view this at any time, not just after the Session has closed sales.

Note

While Ticket Fees are charged to the punter, they are included on this report for transparency. The Stripe amount you’ll see includes those Ticket Fees, so they are deducated from the Online Sales component here for balance.

Export to CSV

You can export a CSV of this data for your own record keeping purposes. Click the Export CSV button above the table showing the per-ticket category breakdown.
