Ticketing Overview

Funny Little Shows has a built-in ticketing system powered by Stripe. Customers browse your event website, add tickets to their cart, and complete checkout — all without leaving your branded site.

  1. A customer visits your event website and selects a show, clicks the Buy tickets button.
  2. They land on the Funny Little Shows Buy page, and choose a ticket category (e.g. General Admission, VIP) and quantity to add to their cart.
  3. They complete checkout via Stripe (credit/debit card or other supported methods).
  4. A confirmation email is sent with a PDF ticket containing a unique QR code.
  5. Your team scans the QR code at the door using the check-in mobile app (iOS and Android).

Ticket payments are processed by Stripe. As part of your onboarding to Funny Little Shows we’ll get you up and running with Stripe who handle the KYC / AML process and payments.
