Yes. The 2.5% Event Organiser fee includes credit card processing via Stripe so the punter won’t see a surcharge, and you don’t pay anything extra.
A flat $1 fee is added per ticket. It’s visible end to end so no drip pricing or surprises. When you set the pricing in Funny Little Shows you’ll see this broken down before you go live.
Yes, registered users or guest users can log into the Android or iOS mobile apps to monitor sales, scan tickets and check-in punters at your gigs.
Hosting includes your high performance, mobile friendly website, SSL certificate, and monthly billing. You provide the custom domain and branding and we help you set it up.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe’s payout schedule is typically 3-4 days after payment. You can configure an automatic payout, or leave funds in your Stripe account and manually transfer to your bank as needed. We recommend leaving some funds in Stripe to cover refunds.
You can have up to 10 users of the Funny Little Shows back-end where you create all your web content and events. Contact us if you need more, happy to have a chat.
You can add guest users for the ticket scanning mobile apps (e.g. door staff, volunteers) as needed, no limit.
If you’re a customer of ours, you can do free ticketed events, there’s no cost to you or ticketing fees obviously. We don’t do random one-off free events for organisers we don’t already have a relationship with, there are plenty of other options out there for that.
